The Prairie Sangha will resume in-person gatherings on Monday, September 12. We'll hold silent meditation in the Quaker Meetinghouse (1904 E Main St, Urbana) from 7:00 to 8:00 PM, when we'll conclude the evening with a dedication of merit.

At this time, our Monday program includes only silent meditation. We will not break for tea, listen to dharma talks, or provide meditation instruction as we did before the pandemic. Our Wednesday online program will continue to include guided practices, dhamma readings and discussion as well as a book group that meets twice monthly.

As Champaign County is still a high-transmission area for COVID, we ask all participants to wear masks and practice social distancing while inside the Quaker Meetinghouse.
